Been here twice . Bought an ounce both times . It was supposed to be top shelf Kush and it was compressed brick weed. Some of the worst stuff I’ve smoked in years. I still have one of the full ounce that I just bought. I didn’t even touch it it’s garbage.. Never again will I buy flower from here.
I love the variety of gummies as well as price and convenience of the drive thru pickup.

Terrible quality cannabis
Bought disposable pens from them and both stopped working. One after a few hours and one after a day. Can’t take anything back at this places because of scumbags so I expect to have products that work properly. Thanks for the waste of money

They ripped me off. I bought two eighths and a pre roll. I received one eighth and the pre roll. I didn't check my bag until I got home 30 miles away. I called and emailed them my receipt and sent pic showing how I was shorted. The woman on the phone said to give them 48 hours so manager could review and issue a refund. Haven't heard

Girlfriend comes here almost everyday. Came in on Friday (1/12) got 2 disposables mine was empty and hers wouldn't work. Opened them and seen them right after leaving the drive-thru. She goes back to get it remedied and is given the run around has to do a video or something like that proving they are faulty and then they will review
Placed an online order as I usually do. I drive two hours to get get there 5 minutes before close, due to weather. I pull up to the drive thru to pick up, and the doors are closed. A sign reads to press the button for 3 seconds for assistance, so I do. I sit and wait patiently. I call a few minutes later to be told that they're close

I bought 18 items. I got nine packages. The drive-thru stoner told me that they had to "ring them up twice" in order to get it right. Basically, they put two stickers on each product and shorted me half my items.

Never a long wait to shop, I always leave with great deals. Amazing how a sale strain is sativa for me and indica heavy hybrid for the guy next to me, but I can look up strains myself. Casual experience compared to IL dispensaries, staff could be more knowledgeable but I drive almost 2 hours for the savings.

The 1st disappointment was the fact we drove all that way because if the great weekly deals, and when we got there not 1 weekly deal was available. The 2nd disappointment was our budtender Nick, my son and I told him this is our 1st time here

Back in the day when I worked for an auto parts store, we spoke to customer concerns. Now, these days all we do is read info off of the computer. We are at the mercy of the stores, in what they tell us. Counter people need to be more educated on the things they are selling !
Ordered online and picked up in drive thru window. Service very quick. Decided to buy a couple more cartridges and went inside. About 15 people ahead of me but was in and out in about 10 to 15 minutes. Staff very friendly. I will definitely be back. Prices and taxes are way better than anything in Illinois where I live.

The location has okay deals, but the most recent budtender Carlos S was very unpleasant to work with. He showed no care or urgency and wasn't helpful when we where there.

I was seeking medical advise on shrinking cancer through use of edible or oils, also curing cancer with the use of cannabinoids. Unfortunately there was no knowledge available. There was no one to know dosages if used to treat cancer. The store was only equipped to cater to people wanting to achieve a high, not medicinal.
Once again, I bought an ounce on website at 31%thc, drive 45 to get it and it's only 26%thc. Had this problem before and they fixed it but I think I'm done with this dispensary. The other dispensaries have never been a problem. 7 Engines needs to do better.
This isn't the first time I've been to 7engines. I remember when the store had just opened and was only for medical patients, they had great customer service and a good selection back then and to this this day. Always happy to stop in and see what deals they have as well.
This dispensary is by and large my favorite in the area. They've got great sale items every week, the budtenders are super nice and I love being able to order for pickup.

Their online website shows Oz for sale at a certain THC level but when your pick it up it's almost always a lower THC level then they advertise. This has happened to me the last 2 times. I guess just make sure you call ahead of time to confirm the %. Hopefully they can fix this issue in the future

Elliott is seriously the best bud tender in Buchanan. Products are amazing and a very wide variety. Daily deals and flash sales make this the place to be. The rest of Buchanan has some major catching up to do with this dispensary.
They have “specials” on the weekends, but when you get to the store to purchase the special they conveniently just sold the last one, and offer some extremely low quality replacements. Additionally the staff is not very attentive. They pulled this switcheroo on me twice now, there won’t be an opportunity for a third time.

The bud tenders at 7Engines are the best I have ever encountered! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!! I highly suggest a visit, you won't be disappointed!

Little expensive other shops were cheaper
This was my very first dispensary visit ever and was kind of a random stopped, so didn't do any prior research on the place. Leo was the associate whom assisted me. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The prices were fair and the bud was phenomenal. I'll definitely visit again whenever I'm in the area.
Didn't get out 10% off for new customers. Everything was prepackaged they were out of a lot of stuff just wasn't impressed won't go back
Horrible store. The preroll wasn’t even weed I’m sure of it. I threw it in the trash. It’s clamed blue cookies like 16%….. far from it. First and only time I’ll stop in
