Staff was helpful since their internal ordering system was down, was offered a 20% off an item and a free preroll if I came back the next day, but was not given either. However, it was so much better than illinois dispensaries I'll give a pass since it ended up still being a fraction of the illinois pricing.

The flower selection was limited at the time i went in, but the patient advisor, snooks, was super informative and helpful on what they had and the deals they were running, the pricing was fairly average compared to other dispensarys and the quality was there, the establishment was clean and well organized, overall a solid place

Had $50 bucks in reward points and the store deleted them. Confirmed the points before I had made an order, went to pick up the order and the runner said points had been deleted. Been a loyal customer since October. Will not be coming back.

Do not shop here and do not buy any Fluresh products. Their flower is moldy, all around very unethical business practices. EDIT can rectify by cleaning up your cultivation department and making your facilities a safe place to work.

Ordered online in the morning, was ready for pickup by noon. There was a line of cars for pick up and they got people through quickly (I was in line less than 10 mins). Prices are much more reasonable now than when they first opened.

Their payment processors can't make a simple payment proccesing site that works on phone browser. They have to deal with lots of restrictions here, your initial sign up they would tell you it could take 24 hours then they will tell you it's ready in like 1 hour. I've had to put a lot of time into getting these simple orders in.

So here is how they are getting everyone. I bought 8 quarters on Sunday. I started smoking on one and today I weighed the rest and each quart was short 1 gram to 1.5 grams.so out of them 8 quarters I only got 7.
