Fluresh has become my go-to in GR; different menu everytime I go, and great service. The last couple times, I've been tended to by Deanna; charming and provides awesome advisor/budtender service

Ordered online in the morning, was ready for pickup by noon. There was a line of cars for pick up and they got people through quickly (I was in line less than 10 mins). Prices are much more reasonable now than when they first opened.

Website needs to be fixed can’t even complete the order! Tried it out for the first time and they need to hire trimmers who can trim because most of what I got was leafy period! Some of them 1 grams was drier than them dead leaves on them! Whoever is in charge needs a history lesson on how to run the shop

With plenty of other rec dispensaries opening up they better get game together. Some employees are spot on others not so much. Like they can’t even count quarters and being change back... 3rd time I haven’t received my change. Maybe it’s time fir a change of shop.

Went to Fluresh over the weekend and wow ?? excellent customer service, my (relatively large) order was ready in under 10 minutes, I was blown away. I used their curbside service and they made it very quick and so easy! We got the FOUR of beverage enhancers because of the awesome deal they were running, two red, white, and blue bars

My orders are always processed so quickly and all of the employees have been professional and courteous. Great product but horrible menu. Very difficult to order medical. Long lines fast service. No personal feel when ur lined up like cattle and rushed out.

Their payment processors can't make a simple payment proccesing site that works on phone browser. They have to deal with lots of restrictions here, your initial sign up they would tell you it could take 24 hours then they will tell you it's ready in like 1 hour. I've had to put a lot of time into getting these simple orders in.

So here is how they are getting everyone. I bought 8 quarters on Sunday. I started smoking on one and today I weighed the rest and each quart was short 1 gram to 1.5 grams.so out of them 8 quarters I only got 7. So bring a scale with you no telling how many people a day they get down on like that.i will never go to them again.

Ordered a quarter on the website for $78 plus tax making it $95. When I arrived they texted me saying that what I ordered was out of stock. The staff is extremely rude and have little to no customer service skills. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
