My wife and I are former dispensary workers from Colorado. We love coming here when in town to visit family and these prices and quality are awesome. David helped us out and nailed every aspect of how a weed shopping experience should be.

By far one of the best dispensaries in the city hands down. Gage won my heart being the first dispensary I went to in Grand Rapids. From the bud all the way down to the gear/ accessories.

Customer service is absolutely great! However, that new holdidaze sign is absolutely atrocious. It's a huge eye sore for the store. GET RID OF IT.

First visit was awesome. The concentrates are stored in a refrigerator and everything is so neatly organized and labeled. They had exactly what I wanted and it was also on sale!! The free preroll for my first visit was actually extremely good and didn't taste like a preroll made of shake or trim like most free or penny prerolls do. T
Military veterans and all service members do not shop here they mistreat disabled military veterans and give a cold shoulder if they decide to. They are uncompassionate to disabilities veterans have. Go to another shop close by and at all cost for support do not go here.
Changed online ordering to only being able to pick things up at certain times they have available. Completely takes away the convenience of it. Not sure why they changed that

My first visit was great once I found the place. I met Chet who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful with check-in and shopping. Product variety and good prices distinguish Gage from other dispensaries, but it's the only place I've visited that doesn't provide any perk to a first-time customer.

I don't like that they have everything in bags you can't see through, you can't tell what you're buying. Seems sketchy. Compared to other shops in town they are very pricey and their selection isn't that great, if possible I'd find somewhere else to shop.

Placed an online order that included 2-1g carts after driving all the way back to allendale I found there where 2- 1/2g instead of 1g called the store an was told to call back in the morning to speak with a manager. high prices, frowning security guards, slow service, and unpredictable stock, one time I came to pick up my order just to be told that it was first come first serve and they sold out my order, another time they were taking super long and I wanted to just leave and take my money back but they kept insisting I stay longer. Generally had a good experience previously but this location is going down hill quickly. With the inconvenience of the construction out front, there is NO parking outside of the store. On top of that, their online selection is rarely representative of whats in-store, so placing an online order is pointless and shouldn't even be an op
