Ordered the amesia lemon pie pre rolls via curbside and had me drive way up there only to tell me they were out. No phone call beforehand...then on top of that, had the nerve too charge me extra for "exise tax" and never returned my correct change as if i was lying about it. Never again. Medical Patient. Location is convenient, but the quality of their products is all over the place and inconsistent. The last two trips I have made there were less than ideal with issues over quality and at the register. My friend just purchased a broken cartridge and they literally don’t him “sorry no refunds”. Given the fact that carts are often duds , this is insane. Great staff and products. However, speaking recreationally, LIV consistently has 10$ pre-rolls that are above 20% THC. I would recommend going to LIV for a consistently better deal if you want to save money on pre-rolls and get a high THC content. Friendly service and reasonable prices but they stiff you on the "1g" joints. I was a first time customer and they gave me 10% off but they took 10% of my weed. Real nice guys. Only reason I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1 is because the security guard seems like a great guy, very personable.
