Can't buy indica from them because it's labeled indica but it's all hybrid when I asked them why they are selling hybrid labled as indica they told me there is no such thing as indica because all weed is hybrid. the THC levels are also misleading because most of their weed doesn't even get you high seriously. So if you have a medical card and go to medical storefront, they charge recreational tax. Herbology used to have a great reputation. My advice is, if you have your medical card, go to greenpharm. They don't RIP off medical patients.

I used to go to the Jefferson one but they would take a really long time to get my order together, then I started going to this one on Burke and my order is always ready super fast. The staff are all usually really nice and helpful as well.

Nice selection, great prices, and super helpful. I’ve been happy with them whether I have shopped in person, picked up an online order or used their convenient delivery. And their loyalty program actually tracks your points, unlike a lot of places I have tried!

An absolute disaster. A dispensary on every block & the bud tenders are still the rudest on the city..go anywhere else. Herbal healing has clearly forgotten, or never knew, that the consumer king and insulting him is always a bad idea. Go anywhere else.

Used to come here often, but it's mostly unpleasant now. I've noticed high turnover recently which suggests this business owner doesn't treat their employees right. Products are always the same and they falsely advertise. Stay away. Shop elsewhere.

Nice place, but very very angry when I found out the owner also owns Herbology up the street, and for some reason, a 1g cart at Herbology is the same price as what a .5g cart costs at HH. Didn't realize that. Just made my purchase as I normally do. Bought my 1g cart for the same price I always pay for it at the sister store. Get home
