Very helpful and patient people in this location. Knowledgeable and friendly.

Quality has been questionable. I feel like I'm the only one in Michigan with that complaint and it's pretty much the same for anyone else. The staff seems to know what they are doing.

Stopped in while in town for work. Would like to get the over half hour of my time wasted waiting for people to get done talking so I could get service. In the time it took them to create a profile for me I was able to drive down the street get what I wanted & was on my way. Will never waste my time again!

Very nice place. The greeter was awesome. He is a great conversationalist. The place is very quiet and relaxing. The only downside to my visit was having a new girl help me. She was nice, but she couldn't answer my questions. Next time I will ask for someone with experience to guide and educate me on the products. I drove four hours

Wasn't happy with this location. Staff wasn't very friendly at all. I am a medical patient and showed both ids and was charged rec tax as well. The herbology in Bangor might not have as much selection but that staff is so much friendlier and have never been charged rec tax on my medical purchases.

The green was good, the people were nice, but the whole vibe there is weird. It's kind of clinical and the maze of display cases seems unnecessary. I felt more like I was at a futuristic doctor's office (not in a good way). They had decent sales.
