Very slow if shopping in store. They let people sign in and walk out to car or go shopping next door and come back and not lose their spot. NONE of the other stores allow this. Very little jarred flower. Store has changed and not for the better. Do not recommend unless you like long wait times of 30-60 minutes.

I purchased a faulty cartridge at the Buchanan location two weeks ago, but I was told they couldn’t exchange it for one that works or store credit due to their seven day return policy. I understand faulty products go out, but I don’t think it’s a good business practice to refuse to replace it within the month. Not sure how businesses

Its cheap but sort of ghetto compared to their other locations.

I kind of feel like there is a bit of false advertising… what I ordered I definitely did not receive . Although the name was the same it didn’t look anything like the picture. And also I ordered 3 of 1 item and they decided I needed to mix and match. I drove quite a ways and this is just pretty disappointing.

If your situation allows it, I would wait a little longer to stretch your legs so you're able to focus all of that stretching on your wallet/purse/satchel etc.
