Slowest dispensary I’ve ever been to. My boyfriend and I ordered pickup before hand to the curbside option they have. Pickup said would be ready a little after 3:00. Waited almost an hour for someone to bring out my flower after calling 3 different times to remind them I was there. Save yourself time. Go in if you decide to come here

Little league with 3 4 minutes before closing told me the time on my phone literally saying 8:56 and they already had it locked up and nobody was add reception for the thousands me and my man spend here since we live a street down I expected better customer service such as not locking up and disappearing until the actual time

Need to pick up the speed. Process is too slow for online pick up orders. I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes in the lobby to pick up my order. Other than that love the place.

Prices were way to high for the quality of prodoct. 20 percent cost 47 dollars for a half. Way to much for 20% thc.. the staff was real cool but product wasn't. Two thumbs down. I just got a seed in my bag. Garbage

This was my second time going to a high profile location and both times I had a great experience. They have a variety of products and are very knowledgeable and offering many suggestions and the prices are really reasonable. The best thing to do is join their rewards program.

High Profile has a friendly and welcoming staff. Their budtenders are knowledgeable, and if they don’t know something they will look into it for you. If you’re a veteran, check them out for a program they have with Michigrown to help vets with pain, ptsd, or anything their program may help with.

I used to work at the westnedge location and I must say, the prices are great but it is not a good place to work. They say they’ll train you but instead they throw you into the wolves and expect you to know how to do everything. I specifically asked the manager to take the time to train me properly and not only did he ignore my text,

Worst dispensary in Kalamazoo. Nothing worse than not being able to smell and see your weed before purchase. Dispensaries that make you blind shop will not survive business here guarantee it. Loosen up. And also try having your budtenders actually know about bud that would help also.

They have the best prices in the area, usually pretty busy but worth the wait.

I feel bad for giving "only" three stars because the people were so great, but there are three factors detrimentally impacting the rating: operating hours, selection, and price. All are better elsewhere. Not by much (you're not going to pay double, for example), but with a dispensary on (figuratively) every corner these things count.

I don't like the point system... I shouldn't have to spend mo money to get less points...

The manager at one of their stores offered me a job, then I discovered he was not being truthful. So, no I’m good. Go elsewhere, lots of great places in town.
