First time there. Don't give first time incentives like other dispos just treated like a number didn't want to answer questions and seemed annoyed that I didn't know exactly what I wanted after I was told what I came in for was out of stock.
I was taking the farther drive weekly to come here because they had my favorite edibles (caminos) at a good price of $12. Now they randomly increased the price. Kind of bummed

Come here every once in awhile . Not my usual go to, but decided to step in again cus they had great deals on elements. Got 6 of them & all but ONE elemnts feel apart . Wasted $75 and got to smoke one joint !!!!!!!!! Terrible customer service also when calling to complain .

Dealt with Austin, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was too busy talking with his coworkers to help me. And when I did manage to get his attention his demeanor felt very irritated/unwelcoming. I haven’t always had great experiences there but this was too much.

Huge selection and great prices. My budtender was Porcia and she was such a sweetheart. She took her time to show me what I was looking for, explained the deals and made me feel at home and not rushed, despite the fact that they were busy. The budtender work very hard, I didn't have to wait long at all with the large crowd inside,

Well I am a medical patient 1st time I went to hod received my medical discount. The last 2x I have placed an order the bud tender was completely rude to me. Not only did she tell me I could not use my medical discount I also couldn’t use my vets I’d to get the vets discount. So I would just like to say be carful when using this serv
Was sold two used carts the little silicone stopper wasn’t in either stiiizy pack. Still wiped them down and cleaned them and was willing to use them one straight up didn’t even pull a hit. I waste my money and time and not to mention I have an autoimmune disease and you sold me something someone else put their mouth on…. I use these

I order from them all the time, tonight I ordered but couldn’t find my id so my husband ordered it for me at 6:25pm he had to be to work at 1030 he waited here till 10:50 pm and was late for work I found my id we get a text that they will be here finally at 1137pm when the delivery guy shows up I explained it was for me but couldn’t

Usually nice but when the store is entirely full with people lined outside the store you shouldn’t see half the registers empty and the staff grouped together laughing in the back. You’ve had people in the store 30+ mins reconsidering coming back ever again. Half the line complaining about the employees sitting doing nothing.

Leaving this review for my dad since he’s not tech savvy.. This place is great! We started going here instead of another dispensary and haven’t been disappointed at all. The staff is friendly, the reward program is fantastic, and the place is so clean and crisp. If you’re looking for a good dispensary experience, this is the place!

I never used my points before I was trying to use them in the app so I called the store to see. I was told by an employee that you can’t use them in the app to just show them to the driver I waited almost 3 hours for a delivery then when he arrived the driver said I could not , so I called the store the manager she didn’t try to make

Hod on fort Street just remodeled their shop and it's nice. It doesn't feel like a clinic anymore, the waiting in the lobby is gone and the flow is great. The staff , from my experience, has a good grasp on knowing what you are looking for. On my tender's advice, I'm toasting a jibber of Permanent Marker and he was spot on.

I went in here for the first time in a long time because they are a 1 star dispensary chain. They are now recreational instead of medical. The selection was weak and they don't give discounts for medical patients. I'm not paying the extra 10% when I have a medical card. You are better off going to Herbology and get 15% off for med!

Very clean and welcoming despensary for medical only which I appreciate. Very good parking and everyone is extremely friendly/knowledgeable. I am not from the area but love this despensary so much that I drive from an hour and a half away just to go to this one. Weekly specials and amazing deals!

I come to house of dank alot. It's in my neighborhood. Today will be my last time going. I went for a pre-packed ounce for $160. Cherry Sizzurp. The buds are all so small, no bigger then my pinky nail. I called to see if I could get a different one or maybe the one they showed me that was full of big top buds. They said no exchange.

I heard good things about this place, thought I would try it. I made the order at 6pm, even talked to a clerk TWICE, she assured me it would be delivered, and that was the last heard from them. It was never delivered and they didn’t even call or text me it was delayed or canceled. I’m sooo disappointed!

Horribly ran place. Botched up the High Times judges bags and the "free" pre roll I was given as a gift on the one other time I went there was trash. Nothing to makes this place stand out on the good side. With so many options available, this is not one I'd choose again.

Staff is always super friendly, even the 3rd party security outside are kind and helpful. I love being able to drive up to pick up my online order. If I miss a deal with my order the staff often lets me know to get me a better price which in turn always gets me to spend more ??
