Yes watch out, I was shorted two vapes at about $50, check your bags before you leave! Plus, the 'deal' they had posted just for today, they didn't have what they advertised so it felt like a bait and switch, so i paid twice as much for what I wanted and got shorted anyways, very disappointed

Every time I place my order online they call me up in 10-20 minutes and tell me they don’t have what I ordered and they try to sell me lower quality product, which they did… every single time I order, it never fails. Used to be my favorite place to shop in Monroe, but they've really gone downhill. Slower than a snail (3 hours wait for a curbside and didn't notify me ahead of time so I sat on my car for an hour and a half before leaving for a different dispensary). Even got double charged on a 70g purchase through dutchie with them. Had to pay 700

We arrived and waited less than 5 minutes when the young lady brought our order out and we were on our way back home. Order was correct and it was super quick. I can tell as soon as I walk in that it's very well organized. Very modern and upbeat. Also the lounge in the front has really nice designer end tables and chairs. The only experience I have with H.O.D. is with a person I know that works there. It's mostly always positive comments on the workplace. The business appears to be doing very well with a lot of patrons supporting H.O.D. by observing the many vehicles at this establishment. H.O.D. offers curbside service, which is always an added plus.

Went there after being forgotten about at Nirvana center and was waited on by Josh and he was absolutely incredible, Fun and enjoyable to be taken care of by. I will go no where else from here on out and will request Josh ever time.

I was charged twice for a product that I ordered one of and received only the one. The managers refused to check cameras and make it right. The guy bringing out my order was very unprofessional. Bringing a guy with a gun in waist was also scary and a bit much. Will NEVER go back.

The bud they have on display isn’t what’s in the bag. The bud on display is green and smells amazing but once you open up the bag you get brown, hard buds that smell like tobacco. I bought bud with a high thc % and I’m guessing it was old weed it did absolutely nothing. No buzz. Nothing. Not worth your money. Go somewhere else!!!
