i go here all the time as a regular. they're okay. the bud is definitely top notch especially for the prices and that's the main reason to continue going, but the service is so so. depending on which budtender you get depends on the knowledge they'll have to recommend good products, and though they've definitely had some good tenders

They have apparently dropped their most affordable deals as of March 2. No more buy two oz and get $ off, at any level for the deli style flower. I drove 40 mins away and spent about $120 a week here till I noticed this change today. I was bout to place my usual order when I noticed now an order that used to cost me about $115 for 2

Shopping was easy. Everything was represented in an easy view manner. Staff was friendly and and courteous. Only thing missing was a guy pulling out a tray and loading some bong blasts. The free 8th was a real surprise, it was "supeherb".

Worst customer service ever. Will never shop there again had me waiting over a half hour for a curbside pick up. I followed their email. I texted to the number and I called twice. What a waste plenty of other dispensaries and Ypsilanti.

The menus are never up to date so what you see available online and what is actually available in the store are not the same. I've never had to wait 5 hours for a delivery...I will NEVER order from these people again plus they waited till 7:45 to even answer me.!....well it's 9:15 and they closed...did NOT get my order...would NOT RECOM

Placed an order yesterday at around 4pm for delivery. Not sure if they just didn’t get it or what. I waited about 6 hours and it never came. I’m glad I didn’t pay with my debit card I’d be out $40. Just go to patient station. They’re way more efficient.

Such a great place! Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable about the products. Lots of buds to choose from as well as candy, body oil, pain cream/gel. If you have needs they can set you up. Need something new to smoke out of, they got your back! A big Thumbs up from us! I very much recommend H.O.D!
Not a bad place, just wish their website and images had the right description and image. Bought what I thought was wax based on the picture and it turned out to be moon rocks. Would of much rather had wax/badder.

dispensary with good pricing. Unfortunately their business practices do not align with helping their customers. Along with the fact the staff was rude and unhelpful on the phone. On top of that they lied about Michigan law. Do not go through them. Try Flower Bowl or any other dispensary besides them.
This is a great place to get meds. The staff works really hard.
Their daily specials only last as long as they want. Front receptionist very rude. No negotiation in back room, after asking me to come inside because they couldn’t deliver me the $15 1/8 (asked for $20 + out side) but because 1/8 were sold out, they happily opened my bag, removed 1.5 grams an sold me 2 grams for $16.00.
Great prices, great tenders, good bud. I've been coming here before the change when it was green vitality and i haven't noticed a difference besides the name. I do only curbside pick up so I've never been inside. But it's quick and I've never had a issue with what I get or the tenders.
I went there, gave the lady my cards was let in and told she needed a min and to sit down....so i sit and wait for 5mins and am told to come get my cards, i sit back down and wait for 15more minutes and then she tells me to come up because she needs to take my temperature.....i have been sitting in the room with 9 other people for 20

I like the pricing and variety. Other than that, there's a lot to be desired. Have gone dozens of times and nearly every time I've had to change my order because they don't have something (or multiple things). I've only been reached out to a couple of times to inform me of this and am usually sitting in a line of cars at the curbside

The WORST dispensary I've ever been to. Sat in their "Curbside pickup line" for almost an hour, order was on the wrong side of the dispensary, did not have my products, and the manager offered nothing for my inconvenience except an apology. Won't ever waste my time going there again. Very trash customer service.

I've came here multiple times and they always miss something with my order whether it's something small or a whole 8th missing. I've gotten platinum huckleberry cookiesfor $30, and do-si-dos. Then they end up giving me the huckleberry popcorn buds and still charged me $30 instead of $25. Really Yes
