Their text system is not working so the lady had to call me. My phone is messed up and no one can hear me, she gets an attitude when she comes out

I made 3 phone calls while sitting curbside waiting my pick up order. I waited 27 minutes before Ariel even made it to my car I watched the entire parking lot fill up , empty out and fill half up again. I have never there or anywhere waited a half hr and I'm still pissed!

Unless you physically go in to shop. You never get what you order. Delivery service is ridiculous they act like the police. I've given them so many chances. They mess it up every single time. Bought a disposable vape of pineapple diesel only to find out it was bone dry. Not sure what they did with the vape oil, but I sure didn't get it when I paid for it. Pretty bummed out.
Unfortunately they switched to only rec which cuts down on my visits quite a bit. Not a fan of delivery anymore but pick up is generally quick.

I visited Joyology and I can honestly say that my experience was awful and I felt very rushed on top of that the flower I got was dry and brittle and was not flower at all. I usually don't judge places off of one visit but my experience was so bad I believe that will be my last visit.

Have had delivery from here twice now. They have a great selection, great pricing, and good flower. They had accidentally miscalculated my total, but rectified it immediately after I called. The first delivery took a few hours to arrive, but the second time they were here within an hour and a half.
