First time there was awesome. But it was a new experience for me and I was a little overwhelmed. but the second time I felt right at home and chilled I think a lot of that had to do with my bud tender I got Dominic. All in all great prices and friendly people
Budtender was very helpful and made my experience at Joyology that much better. They always have a smile on and make sure u know about all the deals they have and really try to save u as much as possible while making sure u get what u want. Good customer service is getting harder to find nowadays so is refreshing to see this.

Dominic R. He is the guy. Very knowledgeable. Very dependable. And gets the job done quick. I would recommend him to everybody that goes up there. That is not saying the other people are bad. I just have not dealt with them.

got a few carts, and some flower, last time I went. the carts tasted great, and worked amazing! flower was a bit dry in nug form but once i grinded it, it was really soft and smoked great. love this place, thanks to all the workers who do an amazing job bringing us this quality product!

I've been going here for a year now. Everyone is very polite and courteous. Sara is very knowledgeable and informative about all the products. Very patient and understanding with my indecisiveness at times. If I could give her 10 ? I most definitely would!!!!!!!

Drew said that he's a newer bud tender at this location. That didn't stop him from providing excellent service and an enjoyable shopping experience. His knowledge of cannabis products and enthusiasm towards making sure the customer gets what they're looking for... makes the 'Reading' location of Joyology worth revisiting.

Went in and ordered 6 sour diesel stizzy pods. Got half way home and seen there was a premium jack stizzy pod. Called when I got home and was told I could exchange it for a sour diesel pod. Went in the next morning and was told that they couldn't exchange it. This was not my mistake. This happened on November 3rd and went back in the

They'll show you one thing and give you another you definitely need to watch them the stuff I was shown smelled green and looked decent the stuff I had in my bag when I got home was either spider mite damaged or bud rot almost black in color and supposedly 27.? THC but yet it has very lit

My Wife and I frequent this place often. We usually walk out with some great quality stuff until recently. We bought an oz and when we got home I noticed it was dry and filled with 1.2g in stems. This is unacceptable. We called and let them know and we were only given a $5 credit. We will not be returning. Terrible customer service,

My budtender Sarah was awesome and very helpful but the rest of the trip not so much. Tried to stop in to the Quincy store but it was closed and the Reading location wouldn’t match their specials. Wouldn’t have went there if I knew they had different specials and wouldn’t honor the other store even if it’s closed. Sarah was 5 stars t

Todays visit was very pleasant. There have been many occasions were my order was wrong and they seemed inconvenienced by my request. Dominic was great he checked the order made sure everything was the right price, didn’t mind doing multiple transactions, and got me a better deal for what I wanted to spend. All in under 10min too.
For my first time experience it was great. A little overwhelming with so many choices, but I will definitely be back for more. Thank you so much guys.

If you are looking for a deal and not quality then this place is great. Quality of flower is way bellow par. There highest tier only bosted 25%. Go to Sapura in Coldwater high tier has normally 28% well into the 30% range for less about the same price as there poor excuse of a high tier at joyoligy. Like I said if you want a deal,

Been a loyal customer here for a long time. Recently went in to get 2 ounces like I do every week $200. Everything went smooth like usual, in and out. Check your receipt before you leave the store- make sure they give the discounts they advertise. Since they didn’t give me mine- I was overcharged. I mentioned the discount to my budtender about four times and had to wait for the “correct register” to include my discount but it was still missed.

If the employees are wearing masks, they are usually wearing them incorrectly or wearing something that has been proven to not actually protect others from germs. I went as a referral to try for my self asked for the best flower in house and she had 2 options of stuff that where not all that great. Absolutely awesome experience! This was my first time being to a dispensary. The staff made the process such a breeze!
