Customer service went from exemplary to atrocious in a matter of a week. With getting rid of curbside service, you now have to go in and wait to be served (even with a preorder). Used to be my only place of business. Now they've lost my business.

I went to this establishment to procure some thc. I spent 380 after all the taxes and deals, but when I went to the store they said the deal weren’t available and charged me 420. Then I call and they won’t give me my 40$ after I proved the deals and only offer store credit, which would be fine if I didn’t live 4 hours away. VERY RUDE

Lake Effect makes it super easy to get gummies with online order and curbside pickup. I can place my order in the morning and swing by to pick it up later in the day!
