Love this place ... Ill start by saying they have some of the best bud, I've found in mighigan and I smoke alot.. But the best thing about the place is the customer service I get everytime I'm in there , .. They treat me like a friend and they're not there to just rush me in and out the door .. We moved to Detroit recently from the Grand Rapids area and were having a difficult time finding a rec dispensary near our new house. Nature's Remedy is still about 4 miles away, but was well worth the trip! It's nice going somewhere that makes you feel like you matter, you get treated like a real person from the start. If you ever have any questions or issues there is always someone there to help you out or listen to you. It was okay… I requested an “energizing cart... preferably sativa or sativa-heavy hybrid” and the bud tender confidently recommended a Dolato Budder cart from Pyramid. Quality build, but not at all energizing. In fact, I looked up the strain; it’s pure indica. Fair prices, but disappointing experience nonetheless.
