Shopped at Pinnacle today. Asked for Sativa flower, was shown several hybrids. The budtender, Tricia, acted very put out showing me flower. Neither the receptionist, nor the budtender explained the discounts and how they would apply to some products and not others. App of the employees I interacted with seemed bothered by my presence

Visited multiple times. Michael dead named me on multiple occasions on purpose for humor. I Asked him to specifically to stop not once but 3 times and he continued. And directly did it the moment I corrected him.

Today was my very first experience in a dispensary. Joel at the front desk, and the desk has the front bumper of a car built into it, was super friendly. Usually can get Oz's for decent price. If you go in am you get in and out no wait or close to no wait. Buds are good size not filled with stems and shake. Carts are a bit pricey. Papers are cheap. All around it's a good place to get your smoke.

So i just drove to Buchanan to look for a good deal on some Flower. Stopped at Zen Leaf first. Cheapest OZ was $110, popcorn nugs at only 19%. I went to Pinnacle and got an ounce of RedBud Roots Jenkees at 26% for $100. And its one of the freshest bags ive ever bought. And there was no need to look anywhere else to buy Flower.

The bud is usually pretty decent. Sometimes you will get a dry batch. I recently bought 4 Fello carts. They don't tast too good though, the grape taste like the smell of lotion. The real issue is the hardware. Two of carts had the piece in the center just fall out. I tried to put it back but now they won't hit.
Ya so I went tonight to get a curbside order called them like 20 times no one answers and they started to ignore my calls and then it was going straight to voicemail. That’s fine I spend so much money here if you say you got curbside and don’t wanna answer your phone or actually do curbside then maybe don’t put it on the website. Id

I checked out this place not too long ago. And I don’t think I’ll be visiting the other dispensary that I was purchasing from in Buchanan anymore. I really like this one; and they have a lot of good deals posted on their website daily.

Came in for a bundle deal on concentrates! Since I’m a medical patient they moved me to the front of the line! My bud tender Ali brought out the wax on display and let me take a look at each of them. It was my first visit at this location on Sunday. I had a very pleasant experience. Although, it was very busy, I was in and out in 20 minutes. All the employees were courteous and informative. The prices were cheaper than local dispensaries in the area. I was surprised to only pay $115 for an OZ of flower and I got a free pre-roll.
