They are falling off. How about hydrating the flower. So dry that you can tell they've been sitting on it for a while. Display flower looks good but when you get the bag of it, it's dry and potency isn't what the bag says. Smh I'll only stop here for edibles for now on. Smh

I visited today for the first time to any Cannabis store and Jim was really helpful. He gave me great advice to help alleviate my wife’s nausea from chemotherapy. The vape he recommended worked before dinner and she was able to eat a much larger portion than usual. Thank you so much!

Update: living here a year and a half. Go to all the dispensaries. Pinnacle is still #1 in our hearts! Recently moved to the area. Trying every store around. Good & bad experiences but not naming stores. Pinnacle is THE BEST in quality, pricing & customer service, no matter the town.

I used to enjoy this store until they stole from me. They (cashier Kimberly) charged me for a pack of edibles I didn't receive. I will not be returning and I suggest you go nextdoor to jade. Better employees doing a better job. And most importantly don't steal from you

I have been going here exclusively for years. Lately all the brands of vape carts has changed. Everything they sell in the vape area is extremely poor quality now. Do not take time to drive to this place. There are a few exceptions to their service that they neglect to mention. They also just raised their prices so that anywhere else is now comparable. With their stock and choice being so low, along with the customer "service", I'd give them one star. Only because they have a bathroom.

This used to be the best spot around. Unfortunately in the last couple months the quality has completely evaporated. Their online store does not reflect their actual in store stock. If you call to ask about what's in stock you get misinformation because those who handle calls are up front and can't answer those kinds of questions.

You can drive about 20 minutes away to adrian and get the same products for half the price. 2 for $25 crude boy prerolls are 4 for $20 at endo in adrian my favorite dispensary they originally before the big price drops had the cheapest in town but best on most people's opinion and im a seasoned smoker trust that. Of all the recreational dispensaries in Morenci, Pinnacle Emporium is my favorite. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and tastefully decorated. And they have the best products (good variety, fresh). They close an hour earlier than the other nearby dispensaries and they are cash only (ATM available on site),

I love to shop at Pinnacle. This shop has a great atmosphere from the decor to the friendly team members. Everyone is super helpful and have the answers for all your questions. They have great deals daily. Highly recommend.
