Good customer service and very friendly staff. However I purchased a oz of some cheaper product And it was full of stems and was so dry it turned into powder. I am also a Veteran and employee said there was not discount on what i purchased. Not satisfied over all.

Great place to shop. Well organized and easy to identify types(sativa, indica, hybrid). Kat was super knowledgeable, asked questions to make recommendations, and wasn’t pushy at all. Very chill. Unique strains. Crosses of old school strains. Lots of dispensaries in Kalkaska but this one is worth checking out.

Best deals in town but The employees there keep me going back. The owner should be proud the Kalkaska store has the best employees out of the MANY stores Kalkaska has. This is my favorite shop in town. All of the staff are amazing. They are super kind, and helpful. They seem much more relaxed, its always a welcoming environment. I don't feel rushed when I'm shopping here, like I unfortunately feel at other dispos in town. Definitely worth stopping in. Thank you Riverside staff!!

We had gone here a few times over are holiday. The young lady in the Bud room was very helpful and give us what we needed quickly and with a smile. Of the few times we had gone, the door man was a young lady and guy, the lady was helpful and full of smiles.

Support your local business owned by local neighbors. I was gong to green pharm right behind riverside provisioning, but after one of the staff was unbelievably rude I started going here and should go back and thank the rude girl at the Green Pharm, because there is no wait time hardly ever here,staff is polite, kind and respectful.

Highly recommend this place! I've I've been to both locations and had a top notch experience at both.

I really enjoy the wall when I walk in. Everyone has been great and helpful each time I’ve been in the store. I worked with Rob last time I was in, he was so knowledgeable about all the different products, it was really nice to learn more and get exactly what I was looking for.

It used too be my go too place for the last 2 years. Nice and clean and good employees. Went thier tonight The male that took my order was rude and not informative and not helpful. He was very rude and made me feel like I need too leave. I'm gonna shop for my products elsewhere.
