Meds cafe has great staff and awesome products for great prices! Becky and Tami are my favorite they are always so sweet and make shopping fun and easy. They know what I like and I appreciate the staff vs customer relationships they work hard to keep!

I have one major concern about this business and it's a safety issue with staffing. When I stopped in yesterday, a very wonderful human named Kat was working ALONE. Today was my first time in "meds cafe" since sozo was shut down, and what a disappointment. Everyone there seemed like they were only there because they had to be, no kind of first time discount, and absolutely zero engagement in conversation. I will smoke grass clippings before I go back in that place.

Good deals, but I don't know if it's worth the bitchyness. I went in said I placed an order and a purple haired girl said all the orders were cancelled it should've been shut off this morning so I went in and cancelled all of them we had like 70 orders!! The way she said it made me wanna slap her back into the customer service world.

Don’t get me wrong they do have good specials but however they don’t ask if you want to be part of a rewards program or even ask if you are a member to accumulate points to get rewards as a regular customer. I didn’t start getting my rewards until the 4th time I asked how much I had. Found out nothing because your employees never ask

I think it would make sense to most consumers that you should post the THC% content online. It is kinda deceptive and makes online shopping impossible.
